If you have an Android 2.2 Froyo phone or higher, you can now install the new version of the Google Play shop.

Now the visual appearance is even cleaner and simpler, displaying the programmes in a series of rectangles with the application icon in a larger and more visible size.

Apart from the visual novelties, they have improved the performance of the application and the loading times, even when viewing the presentation videos or the screenshots of the applications. Among other improvements, now the option to install or uninstall the application will always remain on the top of the screen no matter how much we scroll down to read the information, making it more intuitive.

You can download the APK file from Google Play from your own phone by clicking on the link below. Remember that you must have the option “Settings / Security / Unknown sources” checked, otherwise it will not allow you to install any APK application.

Once downloaded, you can use any file management programme such as “ES Explorador“, “File Explorer” or “ASTRO” to run and install it.
